Improve yourself!

By November 16, 2017 February 6th, 2019 No Comments

I read about a dozen books in the last few years about self-help. There are a lot of great ideas and thoughts in my head taken from the books. I read great stories by authors like Dale Carnegie, Stephen Covey, Napoleon Hill, and many others. Each book I studied has many useful tips that, if practiced, can change our lives drastically. The keyword here is practice, practice, practice! The truth is, you do not learn with reading, you learn with practice. In other words: “Learning is behavior change!“. Take a look at the great video and think about it!
Sooo, here’s something I got out of all those pages. Every time I read a book, I take some notes about it. Notes that I would like to print on a big chunk of paper and put it on the wall in front of my bed. So every morning when I wake up, I’ll  see the tips and follow some of them. See if some of them speak to you as well.
